You said that this game is a launch title. Not only is it not a launch title, but it does not even have the flimsy cardboard box.

The only game to have both the cardboard box and the long case on the Sega CD is Rise of the Dragon, which has limited quantities for the cardboard box version.

Actually, I have Night Trap in both the plastic and cardboard boxes for the Sega CD.

The Night Trap game has two different versions. The cardboard version is the version with a handful of extra scenes over the long case version, but from what I have heard it is not anything to write home about. That is why I did not count that game.
