Super Smash Bros. (N64)- I've been playing this since I started playing games
Mario Kart 64
I don't play games much, so these 2 are the ones I keep going back to again and again, especially at parties.

REAL replay value
Any game that has a beginning and an end, I would say doesn't have as much replay value. For example, my favorite game of all time is "Zelda: A Link to the Past," and I've played through it probably six or seven times. But once I finish it, I have to wait a year or so before I pick it up again, so I forget some of the details and so it doesn't get boring.
That said, I've been playing DDR almost weekly since 2002 at the arcade, and it's not even close to boring yet. I still play Guitar Hero at least once a week. And Tetris is probably the only other game I can sit down with at any time and play.
Clubhouse Games might find its way into that category soon. I've been playing it at least an hour a day since I got it for Christmas.

Twisted Metal 2 has kept me entertained for years.
Then there's the staples like Pac Man and tetris that I keep going back to.
