is it bad that even though I never played deathtrap and even though I only hear bad things about it... I think I might actually enjoy the game?
A series of medieval mazes and traps?... that kind of sounds it would be my style of game

Bubsy sounds like he's been smoking more than Patty & Selma smoke in one year.

Well, there's a reason Bubsy 3D is number 9 in my bottom 10,I have to admit the text isn't as colorful as I hoped.

Deathtrap Dungeon is originally a Ian Livingstone gamebook, and one of the best ones there is at that. Too bad the the video game translation doesn't live to its standards.

Thank you for finally posting a review for Busby 3D. Actually, I like the sparce visuals. Sure, they might look more like something from 1986 bthan 1996, but I like them.

Glad to finally see these 2 reviews. I have watched youtube videos of Bubsy 3D and the game really does recycle a lot of the same animations throughout the game. It does look like a mess but at least it is colorful (at least in the picture). Oddly, I noticed a slight change in tone for your Bubsy 3D review compared to your normal reviews. You seemed a lot more to the point with it and less "colorful" with your descriptions. Hopefully, all the hype for the review didn't fluster you or something. Still enjoyed both though. Thanks for the reviews.

I've seen video reviews for Bubsy 3D. In fact, searching Bubsy on google was the reason I found this site in the first place!!! What kind of trash is this anyways?
So glad I had a childhood with good games and not this piece of crap. Great reviews!

Finally someone agrees that the visuals are good! The visuals in Bubsy 3D are actually way better than that polygonal crap that is under the name of Superman 64
