If you can't get enough of MK2 on the Genesis, you really need to try this 32X edition.  Night Trap is another one of my re-reviews (3DO is next).

Let me know what you think.

I liked Night Trap, its fun trying to find and trap the bad guys, but what I hate is how if you try to stop a story related cut scene you end up missing out on catching them in other rooms, you miss a lot of important stuff.

Once you re-review the 3DO version, I'm interested to hear which you think is best (I asked this a few years back and you picked the 3DO version, but I'm curious if that feeling has changed... and if it hasn't, I wonder if it's a close call or if the 3DO version is vastly superior to the Sega versions).  I own the 32X version, so I'm wondering if the 3DO version would be a big upgrade.

My favorite part of Night Trap is the multiple endings.  Of course, you had to play the full game through each time to see the endings but they are amusing to see at least once.

Going from memory, the three endings are:
1. Complete a perfect game and you have the option of trapping Dana Plato at the end.  You can let her go and she walks off smiling.  This however ruins your perfect game.

2. Complete a perfect game and then trap Dana Plato which then shows her falling and screaming - but you get your perfect game.

3. Finish the game without a perfect score - you get a congrats from Dana and no chance to trap her.
