Gears of War: Judgment
I don't why, but I had low expectations of this title, so I waited until I could pick it up cheap. And I'm enjoying it more than I thought! Of course, it's not original, but looks great, the battles are intense and fun and it looks just as great as the other games. A pleasant surprise for me, what did you guys think of it?

I thought it was pretty decent overall, not quite as good as Gears 2 or 3, but still rather fun. Completing all of the "Declassified" missions was quite the challenge.

Gears of War: Judgment
Gears of War Judgement got so much bad press. There are reasons for this. First of all the characters were limited and there was no Marcus Fenix. The main game is about a tenth of Gears of War 3. There is no horde mode. You against the horde has been replaced by red vs blue. Now darkrage6 would not know this as he does not play multiplayer.
The main game is basically 7 hours of horde mode as a one player game though you can play co op. Which leads of to the replacement for horde. It is a quake wars style multiplayer game. You try to survive waves one to ten. As they attach your generator basically it is capture the flag. Of course the problem is that people quit early and make this game a pretty much unplayable.
That is why I said it sucks. Hey I have played it for 50 hours.

I don't really see the lack of Fenix as a bad thing.

Don't take this the wrong way...but why would you invest 50 hours into a game that you state, "sucked"? Just curious

Yeah the reason why I said it sucked is that it is after I played the game for a number of hours I saw all the faults plus I paid full price for it so I was determined to get my moneys worth.

If I thought a game "sucked" I sure as hell wouldn't put that much time into it.
I only paid aorund 25 bucks for it, so I thought it was a decent value.

I paid £40 which is $67 so you could see why I was a bit peeved.
