I'm sure some of you never thought you'd see this day, but here are my first set of Game Boy reviews.  Many more to come soon.  Also, I broke up the Game Boy into three sections.  Let me know if you see any problems.

Hey thanks for the reviews.  It is good of you to put a biggy in the first batch.  Donkey King is superb.  It is one of those titles you played and showed to your pals and said wow the gameboy can produce this.

I've always found the lack of Game Boy reviews a bit glaring.

I still hope you take on Pokémon Red/Blue/Purple/whatever color they use this week sometime.

Game & Watch Gallery 4 on the Game Boy Advance has those games and a lot more. I would suggest you would check out and possibly review that, it's a lot better.

It's great to log in to the site and see a Game Boy section. Maybe one day there could be a special exception for certain favorite PC games. The late 80s early 90s era of PC gaming was legendary.

Glad to finally see you take on some Game Boy games, Donkey Kong is a fine title indeed.

Nice to see some Game Boy reviews. I noticed you even divided separate sections for the Game Boy and Game Boy Color. Neat. Anyway, the reviews were a good read. I'm glad you picked Donkey Kong for your first series of reviews. It is a standout title on the Game Boy and it really was the first game that made me want to get one.

The Game & Watch collections are a thing of pure appreciation. I liked the quality of LCD games back then because they essentially laid out the foundation of our current-generation Smartphone Apps. Yes, LCD games are dedicated machines in pocket form but their quality was paramount to developing cartridge handsets back then. Now? They're the crotchety old man you want to retire and make sure they never come back.

But the LED and Mechanical games were the true "Dedicated Handhelds" not to mention the vast majority of LCD handhelds were built with shoddy displays. As much as I'd love to own a Microvision I'll feel silly having a completely non functioning toy model, my fried Sega Master System already provides that...

Is it wrong that I'm still miffed about that Ebay transaction years ago?

Great! I like how you split up the Game Boy section... Now it's time to play Zelda: Link's Awakening, one of the best Zelda titles... [smile]
