Regarding the game, it seems like from your review that 3-D Tetris was doomed to be a failure. Just a bizarre game.

I doubt the critic would be able to review 32x Romance of the kingdoms as its a very text heavy Japanese game. Although Sega 16 managed it by playing the SNES, Saturn and 32x versions simultaneously to work round the language barrier but I wouldn't think the critic would want to go to that much effort.

Darxide is ultra rare but an everdrive would get around that.
