It's been a while since I've posted some Neo Geo Pocket reviews. More are on the way.

For my money, I loved Metal Slug 2nd Mission for the same system and even think it's better than most of the arcade titles in that series. If 1st Mission got an A, 2nd Mission sounds like it would be a surefire A+ (except maybe the issue that you have to throw a grenade every time you pause, but you get a ton of those in this game anyway).

Nice set of reviews. I remember really wanting a Neo Geo Pocket when it first came out. It seemed way more appealing than the GBC and GBA but I simply didn't have the money for it. Seems like I missed out on quite a few solid titles. It's definitely one of those handhelds that is sitting on my maybe later list but it definitely has some appealing titles. Looking forward to the next batch.

Out of all the pre-Sony handheld competitors to Nintendo, I'd say the Neo Geo Pocket Color offers the most bang for your buck. It has a much better good-to-crap games ratio than the Game Gear, the Lynx, and the Game.com (though the Game.com is terrible compared to pretty much any system). A lot of people like the WonderSwan, but that only ever came out in Japan. Maybe I'll get that one someday and stack it up again the NGPC.

I also am intrigued by this handheld. When circumstances permit, I'm definitely picking one up. As a huge Metal Slug fan, it's essential. Also looking forward to the new reviews.
