I would suggest for an icon either a garbage can with odors and flies surrounding it or a straight F- icon.
Thoughts?

Not a bad concept, but I think the F- grade really speaks for itself, so it would probably be redundant.

Maybe you could have an Atari 2600 "Karate" icon for the worst of the worst F- games.
