Shantae and the Pirate's Curse, an excellent oldschool 2D platform game, is available as physical release for the Nintendo 3DS for some time now...

Two games i recently ordered are Wild Guns Reloaded and Shantae Half Genie Hero. I can't wait to get them. Wild Guns is one of my favorite SNES titles so I'd love to see an expanded version of that game. Both are physical releases although I'm not sure what the deal is with Wild Guns... I ended up buying my on eBay. It wasn't on Amazon at all and not sure where it was released.

I just got Shantae (Wii U) and Wild Guns Reloaded (PS4).

Now I just found an interesting looking brawler called Zombie Vikings!

Also, any info on this Guilty Gear title?

I look forward to seeing you review Shantae if you do it, critic. Games looks to be up my alley.

Critic, Guilty-Gear-Xrd-Revelator was a retail game from the get go on both the PS4/PS3, but if I where you you should wait till Guilty Gear Xrd: Rev 2 for PS4 which includes all the DLC/Patch updates on a disc later this year.: http://gematsu.com/2017/01/guilty-gear- ... -pc-arcade It says that there is going to be a retail PS4 re-release with all the content later this year and it will have a western retail release if you wait.

Axiom Verge, last year's acclaimed third party 2D Metroid clone, is getting a retail release.

Looks to be planned for the Wii U/Vita/PS4 and will include some neat extras. European and North American prices and ratings were shown, so don't get thrown off by the PEGI rating in that illustration and think that this will be another Fast Racing Neo situation and pass us by in North America.

Nice. Glad I waited on this one.

I made the mistake of not waiting on Shovel Knight and NES Remix, figuring that neither would ever be sold on a disc. But with more and more of these smaller games getting a physical release, I decided to wait on Axiom Verge, and it looks like my patience has paid off.

This is a welcome release, especially since the Wii U releases have slowed to a drip.
This thread is fantastic by the way. I always reference it when I place an order to Amazon.

Looks like Stardew Valley is getting a physical release. That's awesome I've been wanting to play this one for a while.

Just wanted to say kudos to everyone that contributes to this thread. I've purchased some stuff that I would have otherwise had absolutely no clue about!
