Good Superman Game?

I didn't even know about this Genesis Superman game, but now I'm intrigued.

For me this Genesis Superman is the spiritual sequel of "Batman: the videogame" (Sunsoft 1990). The platform action has the same mechanics and even the sound effects are the same. Just like Batman, this game has three different types of stages, including two types of flying scenes. I played it a lot "back in the day" in 1992 and decided to buy a copy ten years later. The main difference is that Superman is much harder to beat, although not impossible. There is also a version for Sega Master System.

I consider Superman the Arcade Game by Taito to be a decent Superman game.

The only game with Superman in it that I actually have liked is ironically Mortal Kombat vs. DC. That really doesn't have much to do with Superman but it is fun to beat him up with the Joker.
