Strikers 1945 (Switch)

Postby BanjoPickles » August 5th, 2017, 1:08 am

Here's a pleasant surprise!

I'm a big fan of bullet hell games, even though I've never been good at them! I had played this at the Seattle Retro Game Expo, last summer, but I forgot what it was called!

What's really neat is that you can run the game vertically, so I plan on buying a stand in the next week or so. I'm really hoping that the eshop lands more games like this (a total steal, in my opinion, at $8!)!

Psikyo says more are on the way. :)

I'm hoping to see Gunbird, Samurai Aces, and of course the Strikers 1945 sequels. Especially Strikers 1945 III, which is still an arcade exclusive some 20 years after it originally appeared.

My dream is for them to package up a collection of the classic vertical bullet-hell shooters and sell them on a cartridge.
