Re: Christmas Loot
Nice score on the Retro Gamer subscription. After a few issues, you'll have to let us know what you think and if it's worth the expense.
I got a nice sound bar, which I wanted for gaming in the living room. I used to use a surround sound system, but it's too much clutter in the living room.
Then, Sneak n Peek for the Atari 2600. I've never heard of this game before, but my wife got it because the concept looked funny. It's a hide and seek game, so we're expecting it to be pretty bad. Surprisingly there's no VGC review of this one (there's so many 2600 reviews here that I've never had that happen before). Anyone tried it before?

Re: Christmas Loot
The only game I got this year was Getting Over It on Steam. Nothing to do with its streaming popularity; my brother and I are just longtime fans of the original Sexy Hiking (which I even had as my avatar here for a bit).

Re: Christmas Loot
Santa was extra nice to me and gifted me a Switch and Mario Odyssey.
And I gifted myself these guys.
* Halo Wars 2
* Kingdom Hearts 1.5 & 2.5
* Uncharted 4
Merry Christmas!

Re: Christmas Loot
My parents are religiously against buying me video games for Christmas, but I did get the complete set of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood on dvd and a new book I really wanted.

Re: Christmas Loot
ITS always weird to me to see people getting multiple games for Christmas. We always got one game (if any)—parents wanted to make sure we kept space in our lives for plenty of non-gaming hobbies. I still follow this rule today. Lol
