rush, the first, is amazing. just play it as a platformer with the maxed out time limit. what a realzied world for a racing game

Suprised a re-review got a lower score. I've played rush 1 and 2 and I find the first rush is fantastic and is much more enjoyable than the second. Rush 1 I believe should get an A from me.

Now that you're devoting attention towards other consoles, could you start reviewing more games for the PSX? It's been so long since that section has had an update which is a pity because the console has many other gems that deserve more recognition.

In the Rush games (on any system), it may also be easier to turn if you don't push the stick (or turn the steering wheel) all the way. Instead, steer just to the point that the tires are squealing. Otherwise, the car under-steers (or spins out with the Extreme car), you slow down, and you hit the wall.

I'm a die hard N64 fan, but I completely agree on SFR. The controls are really frustrating. Even with the Power slide, I still crash into walls. It's still fun, but it could've been SO much better with the controls fixed.
