Controller, VMU, system and 10 games = $40 (CDN) so I'm happy.

The box second from the right turned out not to contain a fishing game, nor another racing title, but instead Sonic Adventure, so that was nice. (By the way, is this game spread over two discs, or do I also have the sequel?) I've only played it briefly, but Vanishing Point seems merly OK (not great, but not an F either). I like Sega Rally.

But the title second from left at the bottom wasn't another cart racer either, unfortunately. It was a game called Championship Surfer. Again, too early to say for sure, but what I played of it was AWFUL. Don't buy it anyone.

And thanks again for all the suggestions – I'd better start saving my pennies!

the dreamcasts here at the vintage game places around where i am, usually sell between, 25 and 28 bucks, and the memory card is only 5, for that price, I dont think you can go wrong with adding a dreamcast to your collection

This would have to be my favorite system of all time, well after the Nintendo 64.To the guy who got a Dreamcast

Good luck playing it,Dreamcasts are notorious for breaking down and if you put them sideways they go up in flames

Here are games I'd recommend

Resident Evil 3:Nemesis
Resident Evil:Code Veronica
Samba De Amigo
Jet Grind Radio
Daytona USA: Championship Edition
Virtua Fighter 3
Shenmue
Virtua Tennis
Rayman 2: The Great Escape[The N64 version is the best but this one comes pretty darn close]
Dead or Alive 2

Avoid

Sonic Shuffle
Any South Park game
