Rayman was on PSX, and has since been put on GBA and computer. Its sad that there are so few good Jaguar games that a multi-platform game is listed as one of the top games for the system. I'll be honest, I've never played Jaguar, but I don't see any games that I want. Even the 32X has a few games I wish I could own.
Oh dear, did my "worst System.." thread START something?
As I said elsewhere, sometimes you wonder if after the 2600 Atari WANTED to fail....even though I love the 8-bit computer, 5200, 7800 and Lynx, they never seemed to really TRY hard and Jack T. (AKA "Jack the rip-off") really messed things up. I never saw a Jag, it MUST have a few good games to have fans, but I don't think , even looking at the WHOLE catalog , that I'd want one, since RAIDEN, TEMPEST X, RAYMAN and other good/decent games are available on PSX anyway.
Maybe they should have stuck with the 16-bit PANTHER.
Be glad you never saw one as you might have compelled to buy it out of curiosity. I had the misfortune of owning one and traded the thing off for a Genesis after discovering the Jag has a good game to absolute crap ratio of about 1:20.

Aw c'mon: the ratio was more like 1 in 5....
Actually, I really like my Jaguar, but I have to admit there were some really terrible games released for it.

As far as I am aware of: Fight for Life is the Last game on the Atari Jaguar.

Fight For Life was the last Jaguar game published by Atari, but a number of third-party games were released after that. Iron Soldier 2, Worms, and BattleSphere are a few of the more well-known games among them.

I like my Jaguar! Yeah, you can find Rayman on other systems,
but the Jaguar has the best version! I never played it on Playstation
or Saturn, but I remember reviewers complaining about loading times
back when it came out on these systems. Anyways, others have mentioned
a couple of great games, let's not forget Alien vs Predator, a long time personal
favorite.

Poor Critic,Fight for Life is a sadistically bad game,it's almost hard to find a game worse
But honestly the ratio for Jaguar is actually much better than any of SONY"S offerings, the real difference is that Jaguar has 60 games while the average PlayStation has 2000 so you really don't notice
Either way Jaguar was still better than 3DO
As for Rayman, yes PlayStation has Rayman but that's like saying "Oh well I don't need a Jaguar,SNES has Doom and Wolf 3D as well I'll just get those" why suffer the inferior port?

Thank you for the earliest submission yet for dumbest, most moronic post of 2010.

Think about that bit for a moment and then you will realize it's actually not so dumb.
20 Jaguar games are actually alright while the other 40 are garbage.
PlayStations 2000 games by reviews at least 600 are good while the remaining 1400 are really bad.
However the worst of the PlayStation games is miles better than Fight for Life anyway so why all the fuss? As long as the quantity of good titles is high it doesn't matter if Jaguar has a 1:3 ratio while PlayStation has 3:10

This reeks of a post from someone who:
1) Wasn't actually alive when the Jaguar/3DO were around
2) Never played any 3DO games
3) Heard on the internet somewhere that the SNES port of DOOM sucks, so threw that out there to sound knowledgeable.
and
4) Has awful taste in games.
