Cheap Game Find of the Week

Postby Steve1 » July 20th, 2011, 11:09 am

I saw in the Best Buy ad this week Limbo, Trials HD and Splosion Man on disk for $10 total.  $3.33 each.....not going to get any cheaper than that.

Kirby's Epic Yarn is currently the amazon.com videogame deal of the day.  They are offering the game for $29.99 with free shipping.

It's not super cheap, but Nintendo 1st party stuff takes forever to come down in price.  So if you've been waiting it might be worth taking a chance.

Doh!  I just bought that a few weeks ago for $30...oh well!  Fun games, well worth $10 each.  Super deal.

I nabbed a complete, black label, in good condition Final Fantasy 7 at Goodwill for $4.00. Though I really hate Final Yawntasy. It's already up on Ebay.  : )

[/QUOTE]NICE! Was it complete or just the cartridge? I found my complete copy at a pawn shop for $5 a couple years ago. It's still one of the best finds I've ever had.

Cheap Game Find of the Week

Just a heads-up... Our local Big Lots store is clearing out all of it's video games, so you might be able to pickup some fairly cheap new games. I got Binary Domain (360), Rayman 3D (3DS), Cubic Ninja (3DS), and Shinobi (3DS) for 7 bucks each, which I didn't think was too bad.

I've been looking for this game ever since I read the critic's review. Nice find for $10. I'll have to check my local gamestop.

You can't keep a good thread down! You can forget about it for three years, but any-who...

Today's find (and your milage may vary) comes complements Walmart.

- 4gb Xbox 360 (with Peggle) for $50
- 500gb Xbox 360 (with Fable and Plants vs Zombies) for $70
- 500gb Xbox 360 (with Forza Horizon 2) for $100

If you never got one (or would like a backup console) looks like a good time to pick one up, assuming they are available in your area.
