Re: Intellivision Amico Info

I understand why people are skeptical. But, a few things to keep in mind. While the controllers do have touchscreens, they also have the physical disc and buttons for controls. Also, when asked what this does compared with a Nintendo Switch, I would say it's not the hardware, it's the software. All ...

Re: Intellivision Amico Info

I have an Ouya and even an Nvidia Shield portable. I don't think the Intellivision Amico is anything like the old consolized Android boxes. The Amico games may have simple graphics, but they are not glorified mobile games or ports. These games were built from the ground up for the new system. I can'...

Battle Royale was shallow, but it was kinda stupid fun for its time.

Re: My beloved Nintendo just gave me my first EA experience in gaming...

So let me get this straight. This is not an online/offline issue. It's just that the game doesn't let multiple people play separately under their own profiles?? Animal Crossing is my favorite game of all time, and the new one is amazing...for one person in the house if you only own one Switch! My k...

Yes, definitely! The graphics are great, but the gameplay is just confusing. I never really know what I'm doing to the point where I just don't care.

Re: Can't beat classic hockey

No love for Blades of Steel on the nes? That game is still a lot of fun to play! I also really like Hat Trick in the arcades. The 7800 port of it sucked though. I even think Ice Hockey for the 2600 still holds up.

I bought Onrush in Target on clearance and was surprised at how bored I was. I thought it was just me!

Re: New local multiplayer games

Anyone here try Killer Queen Black? I played it obsessively online when it first came out on Switch, but haven't touched it in a couple months. Definitely a fun game, and I think I've heard that after some updates it actually supports 4v4 local play on one system. I bought it for my son for Christm...

Re: New local multiplayer games

Which of these seems to have the easiest learning curve? I’m leaning towards Towerfall, only because Duck Game may be a bit violent for the kiddos and their friends (a sentence I never thought I’d say, lol) Duck Game is a bit violent, even though it's cartoon violence. Towerfall is probably the bes...
