1984 in video games?

For a while now, I've had a dream about reviewing video games on YouTube. And lately I can't seem to escape an idea that I think would make for some great content that most reviewers haven't really experimented with. If you watch a lot of Top 10 lists (a la WatchMojo) like I tend to, you've probably...

Re: The experience of vinyl

I myself love listening to vinyl records, and have a habit for collecting them at the given opportunity. There’s just a certain charm to the format that just keeps me coming back for more. I also find a similar charm in watching VHS tapes. While they probably won’t make a comeback like vinyl has (de...

For those who like listening to their own music in Sonic Generations (Xbox 360), what do you usually listen to?

I know the Sonic franchise is pretty well known for having consistently good music and a lot of fans are accustomed to it. PC games that never got a proper console port?

Since 2009, I’ve been growing a strong case of nostalgia for older versions of Windows (especially Windows 95). I even got myself a Windows 95 computer that I used for a few years before I had to move it into the shed because I ran out of room for it. For a while, I hoped I would be able to make som...

Re: Jumpstart Computer Games?

As a kid, I used to have Jumpstart Kindergarten (1998), Jumpstart 1st Grade (1995), and Jumpstart Numbers. My elementary school had Jumpstart Typing, and the daycare I used to go to had Jumpstart Around the World.

Re: The Autumn of 2003

I was eight years old at the time (would turn 9 towards the end of November). For months I was hooked on Glover and Spyro 2: Ripto’s Rage, both of which I got on my PS1 over the summer. I was also playing the heck out of Star Wars: Racer Revenge on my PS2, as well as Pokémon Sapphire and Wario Land ...

Re: The Crew 2 game review

Not gonna lie: I actually like The Crew. Heard it was mediocre at first, but it did get better as it went on. Sure the controls were kinda slippery when I first played it, but after a while you get used to it. I can only assume that history will repeat itself here.
