Re: What systems do you want to see more reviews for?

Handhelds. The numbers of reviews for them lag behind the others.

Re: Disc less Xbox 1 (the critic is going to love this)

Saying that Nvivdia Shield sank without a trace would not be accurate. It premiered in 2015 and is still in production. It continues to be supported with updates, and can now run 4K video. Used ones sell for almost the same price as new ones on Ebay. It's considered an emulator powerhouse.

Re: Classic Compilation Icon

It seems unnecessary. The titles of the games make it obvious that they are compilations.

Re: Saturn Virtua Fighter?

What doomed the initial release of VF on the Saturn was the surprise, early launch of the Saturn. The same thing happened with Clockwork Knight. Both games were forced out the door before the programmers were finished with them.

Re: What do you like/dislike about the site?

People have already mentioned your disdain for online gaming and/or updates (neither of which I am a huge fan of) so I will not bemoan that. The only "dislike" I really have is that I wish you reviewed newer games a bit quicker. For example, I would love to know your take on the Division ...

Re: What do you like/dislike about the site?

Good: The sheer number of reviews. Nicely organized. Consistent rating system. Great presentation; including the banners and the gentle colors. You know how to appreciate old games, even ones from the late 70's. Bad: The hatred toward anything online. To that end, it's hard to take any of your revie...

Re: Best Kart Racer of N64/PS1 era?

I own most of those games but haven't played them a lot. I will say that when CTR remastered comes out, I'll be getting it on day 1. Me and the wife love playing Mario Kart on Switch, so I'm looking forward to another cart racer.

Re: Wolfenstien New Blood physical Switch copy is a scam

Horrible, horrible idea. Though, I'm pretty sure I've been seeing gameless Switch boxes for years at Gamestop. Also, Nintendo tested the concept for Splatoon 2. It seems that a lot of companies are yearning for empty boxes so they can swell the profits as much as possible. https://bgr.com/2017/05/22...

Re: Apex Legends & Realm Royale - 2 new *free* battle royale games (PS4/XONE/PC)

I am attempting to play Apex Legends. Four matches in so far. It's three person teams, so it's very embarrassing to play with two strangers when I don't know how to play. They will often bring weapons to me because I'm too stupid to find them. I will say the most impressive thing so far is the firep...

Re: 2019/4/1: Xbox One: Sid Meier's Civilization: Flat Earth Edition

I learned from a psychology class ("The Self") that once you are vested in a belief, it's very hard to turn back. The belief becomes a part of you, and getting rid of it is like ripping out an organ.
