Re: Primal Rage Calling Card

What a bizarre thing to include with a videogame.

Re: Virtua Racing (switch)

Is this the arcade version of Virtua Racing? It's purely the Arcade version with a few bells and whistles. 60fps (it's buttery smooth) and 1080p docked - 720p Handheld. I think it supports up to 8 players local co-op (Haven't tried that) and Online splitscreen (Haven't tried that either). I remembe...

Virtua Racing (switch)

Wow this game is addictive. It truly has that "Just one more go" quality to it! I remember renting the Megadrive version back in the day. I was impressed at the time by how it looked but didn't enjoy the gameplay; too hard! The Switch version is also very hard but runs so smoothly. For £5 ...

Re: Street Fighter The Movie (Saturn)

I remember this game reviewing very poorly back in the day but it's actually not that bad. The main thing holding it back is the very cheap A.I in single player. Play it against a friend and its quite entertaining! Not as smooth and fun as MK or normal Street Fighter games but still fun non the less.

Re: 2020/4/24: Xbox One: The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

After the praise the game got on release I bought it a few years after. I thought I was in for a treat but bounced off it really fast. I thought the combat was boring and the story cheesy. I went into it fully expecting that I'd love it but I just thought it was naff. I've been meaning to give it a ...

The Sega Saturn having a hard drive. At the time it was amazing and so much better than the playstation and N64 for saving games!

Re: Your Game Chair

I don't have an elaborate den set up for classic games, just a small portion of a room and I use this ikea chair, very comfortable https://www.ikea.com/us/en/images/products/poaeng-armchair__0497150_PE628977_S5.JPG?f=m I have the exact same chair in the living room but it's cushions are brown

Nice review. I like the art style and would like to try it out does it have a demo? I ask as I'm unsure if it's worth the asking price?

Re: You Have to Go Online

"We can fix it once it's released. Just get the product out the door ". This attitude has led to laziness in my opinion. Developers/publishers often use the excuse "Games are so big these days that we can't possibly foresee how poorly optimised it is" .... Oh look 1 day after rel...

Re: 2020/4/9: Commodore 64: Roadwar 2000

Great review. It sounds as if the developers had a good idea and made the game fun but couldn't come up with another mechanic to make the title worth playing through to the end!
