Re: Madden 19 (Playstation 4)

When I think of the best football games I've ever played Madden '92 for the Genesis takes the cake. The early Genesis Maddens were amazing. Of course I actually played the very first Madden, released in 1988 only for computer, which was amazing by the way. NFL 2k5, while great, suffers from an ident...

These are my favorite Dolphins jerseys, from the '85 Bears game at the Orange Bowl. I guess it mightbe one of the old stadiums in Madden by now.

Ok, now seeing Danny Boy in the old Dolphins jerseys almost brought a tear to my eye. Those are the REAL Dolphins jerseys.

Re: Who didn't own a NES in the 80's?

I too didn't know the Master System even existed back in the late 80's. I was shocked years ago when I realized Sega had a console before the Genesis. Although I guess the reviews are bad, there has to be some fun to get out of that system because it's Sega. It's interesting years later realizing th...

Re: Most Disappointing Games?

Sony made good first party games for the PS1 the first year or two. But then 989 took over, and Twisted Metal 3 was a big letdown. $50 down the drain. Oh well, at least the soundtrack was 1 millionth as good as TM 2's.

Re: Madden 19 (Playstation 4)

I was at my friend's yesterday, and he was playing Madden 19, and he was having a blast. I couldn't help but look at the screen for a couple seconds and it looked good. Like, I hadn't seen a football game look like this.

Re: Gaming Days probably coming to almost an end.

The developers are what keep me coming. SNK, Nintendo, Sega, etc. I've been playing my FPS football and baseball games like it's 1995. If those companies didn't exist I might barely play video games. If anything, I'm more excited than ever to play video games, with lots of all time great 2d action g...

The PS1 sports games were serviceable for the time. But right now I literally can't think of a more boring type of game to play than a PS1 sports game. Every sport has been done noticeably better on other systems.

Re: 2018/8/4: Nintendo 64: Bomberman 64, International Superstar Soccer

I tried ISS and the controls are so bad it's basically a worthless game. It's one of many extreme N64 sports disappointments. Knowing what I know now, I should've gotten a Saturn. There sports games look awesome, especially the baseball ones and Sega Worldwide Soccer.
