Re: New 3DS XL vs... well, older DS systems

I did buy the 2ds xl last summer. I like the look of the system a lot, and I love playing on a bigger screen. There are things a new 3ds can do that are upgrades. It has super stable 3d, meaning it won't get blurry if you move your head to much. I've personally never tried this, but I have experien...

Re: Alex Kidd in Miracle World (Sega Master System)

I was about 15 years old when I played the Alex Kidd in Miracle World. I made it about half way through the game before saying enough. Re: Computer Games 1998-2000

The only generation where a new console released and was a notable step down in terms of hardware is this generation. I am not so sure about this. I remember...

Re: Retro Freak Review

Only noticed one typo, on the 6th paragraph down, you put "he" instead of "the" (I opened he box to find a tiny, lightweight..) Also curious why you changed the format of this review from other console reviews. You used to grade various aspects of the systems as well, as this par...

Re: SNES Classic Announced

The scalpers are already trying to sell this system for vastly marked up prices.. I have seen $170-300 already on local ads around my area. Sickening.

Re: 2017/6/11: Sega Master System: Quartet, F-16 Fighting Falcon

Just an FYI... F-16 Fighting Falcon for the SMS was made in 1985, not 1995.

Dave, here you go: https://www.amazon.com/Cyber-Gadget-Ret ... B00ZZ70KMG

According to the Q&A, the power adapter that comes with this will work fine here in the USA.

Re: Console releases messed up.

The Intellivision was released in 1979, actually. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intellivision The Sega Genesis and TG16, were both released in the North American markets in 1989 (TG16 was released in Japan as the PC Engine in 1987, the Genesis was released as the Mega Drive in Japan in 1988). https:...
