Re: The Nintendo Switch game ports are like the modern equivalent to the Sega Saturn ports!

Rather late response as I have been busy. But here goes nothing. I'd say the Switch is just Vita 2.0. The Saturn was comparable in power to the PS1 and N64, and only suffered if you were the kind of developer who didn't even try to take advantage of the dual core set-up. (Example: House of the Dead....

Re: Nintendo lied about censorship with games.

Rather late response because I had a rough day yesterday, but here goes nothing. Just go back and look at the times you’ve asked if you are taking others’ opinions too seriously, and see how other posters respond. Thanks to you and others response I do feel better thanks. Then don't post in those co...

Re: Life Is Strange Before the Storm install issues

I did get a cheap, used copy of Bloodstained for the Xbox One a few days ago and set it up to install when I got home. Didn't take too long, though I was surprised an indie game such as that one still needed to download 9 GB of updates. Judging by the pics on the back of the case, I really don't th...

Re: Memories of Killer Instinct

SNK Heroines is nowhere near as bad as Streetfighter 2 and Mortal Kombat on Gameboy. Neither of those Gameboy games are using sprites, for one thing, which meant Streetfighter was teleporting around like a Tiger LCD handheld in background mode, and Mortal Kombat featured unresponsive controls in wi...

Re: Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night

Rather late, had a rough day yesterday so I am behind so response time. If you like Symphony and the Aria of Sorrow games then you should still try Bloodstained. Yes it will have some slowdowns but it is really too good a game to pass up. I know the game is quality, it a bad product more from the te...

Re: Nintendo lied about censorship with games.

I don’t think you find very many (if any) haters or elitists on this forum. People are more here to enjoy themselves rather than get into debates. It sad that Communities on Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, Twitter, Discord, etc. Are so polarizing and black and white it make the internet unpleasant these...

Re: Nintendo lied about censorship with games.

It's a general preference, not some absolute rule. I already explained this. Sonic tends to get caught up in absolutes, but Stalvern’s response is correct—we all have preferences and self-made rules, but we can have exceptions too. That’s fine. Helps us to be flexible. And guess what? Companies do ...
