Those early games made and published by Nintendo. Games such as 10-yard Fight, Mario Bros., and Baloon Fight.

Re: Axiom Verge 2 announced

Those were the two games that stuck out most to me also. Hopefully, we get a physical release for both of those. The third game that caught my attention was The Talos Principle, which nobody else probably cared about since it sounds like the topic of some really boring lecture you sat through in col...

Re: Fighting Baseball on Super Famicom

Have you tried playing a Super Famicom game on the Retron 5 or Retro Freak? If I'm not mistaken, the only thing keeping you from playing a Super Famicom game on an SNES are a couple of tabs on the cartridge slot that make it impossible to insert a Super Famicom game. I doubt the Retron 5 or Retro Fr...

Re: Lord of the Rings Extended vs Theatrical?

I pretty much always prefer the theatrical version of a movie over an extended version. I don't really see much point in adding deleted scenes. Isn't there a reason those scenes were cut in the first place? Plus, I usually prefer movies to be under 2 hours and extended versions usually run well over...

Re: Capcom Home Arcade

I saw this too, and wasn't the suicide batteries in reference to the original Aliens Vs. Predator coin-op?

This thing is ridiculous, but if it was less expensive and if I had the space for it, I would probably be all over it.

Re: Dreamcast Light Gun Issues

I have a late-model Toshiba CRT, and I'm almost positive that I have had troubles trying to play light gun games on it. It has a flat screen on it so I wonder if that has something to do with it. But then again I used to have a Sony flat-screen CRT that played light gun games just fine so who knows.

Re: Physical Release Thread

Celeste BestBuy Switch pre-orders open with no date: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/celeste-nintendo-switch/6352177.p?skuId=6352177 From what I understand Celeste is close to selling out even before the end of the pre-order period, so it would probably be a good idea to order it soon if anyone wants ...

Dave, since you liked Star Wars Pinball so much, you might want to check out the collection of Marvel Pinball tables, also made by Zen Studios, which came out for PS4 / XB1:

Re: All the way through?

Oh, and the last game that I beat was Owlboy on the Switch. Hey snake boy how was Owlboy? I have had my eye on this game for a while but haven't pulled the trigger. I liked it quite a bit. I would say it's a great game to play if you just got done playing a game that consumed a ton of your time. It...
