Re: What systems do you want to see more reviews for?

For systems that you done reviews for, I'd like to see more for the SG-1000. And for systems that you've yet to do a review for, I'd like to see an overview for the TI-99 followed by a few game reviews. I would love to see TI 99/4a reviews! Such a fun system with many unique games on cartridge. Als...

Re: What systems do you want to see more reviews for?

There are still quite a few really good Nes games left to review. Also, I love when you review hidden gems for the Sega Genesis.

Re: 2019/4/17: Atari XEGS: River Raid, Operation Blood: Light Gun Version

You guys are always pointing our games I'm missing, and I appreciate that. I'm going to buy a copy of River Raid for the Intellivision. I remember going over my parent's friend's house when I was a kid and getting to try Intellivision for the first time. For some reason I was blown away by River Ra...

Re: SNK 40th Anniversary Collection (Switch)

If you guys play the Switch a lot in handheld mode, you might want to pick one of these up when they restock: https://www.fangamer.com/products/flip-grip I bought one for my son, and it is really nice playing the Namco arcade games in vertical orientation. It also works for the vertical games in the...

Re: 2019/4/17: Atari XEGS: River Raid, Operation Blood: Light Gun Version

I think the XEGS/800 versions of River Raid, Pitfall, Megamania, Pitfall II, H.E.R.O., Frogger II, and Atlantis are the definitive versions. The extra graphic touches and the extended level in Pitfall II put them over the top. I think the 5200 is nearly irrelevant due to this and even the 2600 suffe...

Re: 2015/1/18: Odyssey 2: K.C. Munchkin!, Demon Attack, Amok!

I really don't think that K.C. Munchkin is so much like pac man that they should have had to pull it from the shelves. I also think that Demon Attack is different enough from Phoenix that Atari should have lost that lawsuit as well. I agree though, K.C. Munchkin is really a showcase for the system. ...

Re: High Def Sega!

I just played a game of Madden 94 on Genesis via SCART cable. Looked very sharp and is basically HD. I wish modern US Tv's had scart connections. Or, a readily available and cheap scart to hdmi converter with no lag. Lag is a killer fo retro games. One thing I noticed about the Mega SG is no percei...

Re: High Def Sega!

I recognize that this isn’t the right place to ask this, but how are people liking the RetroUSB AVS? I *love* Analogue’s stuff as they are committed to accuracy, but the NT was already out of my price range to begin with at $500. It’s aftermarket price is just ridiculous, so I’ve been interested in...

I don't think anybody finds a picture already avatar-sized. You find a picture that you like and resize it. You can do this in Paint.[/quote]

Lol, hadn't thought about resizing. Got one now :D
