Re: Super Mario Sunshine (Gamecube)

One of my favorites of all time. The FLUDD sections and the non-FLUDD are disparate enough to be different games, and the game is challenging. I will agree Super Mario 64 is a far different animal, but they're both excellent games.

Re: RetroWorld Expo -- Oct. 15-16 -- Mark your calendars, Northeast gamers

I went to the expo with a buddy of mine. I go to a lot of cons, but my main draw at this one was games. Specifically, one particular uncommon game I was looking for, along with a Vectrex. The event was very Nintendo-centric. If I was still collecting NES titles I would have been in heaven. One vendo...

Re: Mighty No. 9 (Wii U)

I want this game, I saw it on sale for six bucks at target the other day and nearly bought it. The issue is I've heard a few stories that it's bricked Wii U's, and I'm not willing to go through that for a mediocre title, any title actually.

Re: Most Worthless Console You have Ever Owned?

The Virtual Boy. I own most of the games, Wario is the best of the lot, followed by TeleroBoxer and Tennis (IMO). I don't play it at all because it blinds the shit out of you, it sits in a box in my bedroom and will until I sell it. I hacked my Wii so I could play Virtual Boy games on my tv in black...

Re: Top 10 Halloween Games?

Chiller on the NES exists both as a standalone and on the Maxi 15 cart. It's pretty boring. Best Halloween games (quick and dirty, no particular order): 1. Super Ghouls N Ghosts - SNES 2. Zombies Ate My Neighbors - SNES 3. Resident Evil - GC 4. Resident Evil 2 - PS1 5. Silent Hill - PS1 6. Silent Hi...

Re: Combating Piracy

I've downloaded just about every arcade game ever made (and their variations) and have currently been playing through Gunbird 2 and Daraku Tenshi - The Fallen Angels.Daraku Tenshi is one of those games that was released to in small numbers. I literally just picked the title out of the 8800 games I ...

Re: Best remake of a classic game

Resident Evil is by far my favorite reboot. I still love the original, don't get me wrong, but when that one launched I was at the store the day it came out. Following it up with Zero and then 4, my GameCube had me in survival horror heaven.

That's interesting...but I wonder where a Sega Genesis/Sega CD/32X Complete system would end up?

Re: Doom 4

I'm going to buy it for PC. Doom is one of my favorite games, and I still play it, both with and without mods.

Currently playing Doom II in 1080P with the Brutal Doom mod and N64 music using GZDoom. It's freaking amazing.
