Re: Avengers Endgame Movie

The film exceeded all expectations for me. I saw it twice, felt the same about it even after the second watch. I liked the endings everybody got, even though some events were tragic. It didnt feel like 3 hours long to me. I think the Russo Brothers are the best directors of all the MCU films directo...

Re: What systems do you want to see more reviews for?

You have covered my favorite systems well enough already. I do like to see reviews for Atari and Sega systems. Not sure how many games you have still not reviewed for each, so re-reviews are fine sometimes. Features are nice. Have you ever thought about doing some comparison features, same game fran...

Re: 2019/4/17: Atari XEGS: River Raid, Operation Blood: Light Gun Version

I agree that the A8 River Raid is timeless and deserves A+. I have long extolled it's qualities every chance I get. 2600 River Raid is also an A game, but the 5200/A8 versions have nice additions . I always play the 5200 version with a digital stick or Genesis dpad so it is identical to the A8 versi...

Re: 2019/3/29: Genesis: Puggsy, Coach K College Basketball

Although I have always gotten much entertainment from the VGC F- grade, in my opinion Puggsy ain't that bad. It isn't all that exciting but it is something a bit different from the norm. Technically, it seems well made too. How many people write these reviews? Other than the RPG correspondent review...

Re: What ever happened to arcade style racing games?

I've been on the fence about Horizon Chase. It seems like a racer I would enjoy, but watching videos of it, it seems a little on the simple side and thus maybe boring. Yet there are some favorable reviews. So I didn't buy it yet. Anybody want to sing praises or burn effigies if the game?

Re: Space Ace (3DO)

I remember Joystik magazine had the solutions for all the Space Ace segments. I could play pretty far into the game but didn't beat it. On Sega CD, it is very unfair with timing. You have to know ahead of time which direction to push. I seem to recall the coin-op had more fair timing. Never tried th...

Re: 2019/2/20: Playstation 4: Soul Calibur VI

It is a scathing review! Sounds like you did not enjoy the experience at all. I loved SC on DC, and SC2 on GameCube, with Link, which is our favorite version. I refused to buy subsequent SC games. I recently watched a bunch of videos comparing SC2 with SC6 . The graphics are much evolved, but the ga...
