That One Level,....that you wish lasted longer

The snowboarding level from Sonic 3 - love that section, the graphics and sound are adrenalin pumping - Sonic at his best.

Also the mission in GTA 3 where you have to take out the triads with the flame thrower - now that was fun !

Critic, ever plan on adding Fairchild Channel F reviews?

OK regarding the sound, in the first model it comes out if the systems internal speaker like a Pong system, the second models sound comes from the TV.
So the model 1 might be better from a historical perspective, but for actual usage I'd go for the model 2.

Critic, ever plan on adding Fairchild Channel F reviews?

I've just ordered my multi-cart and after seeing the homebrew version of Pac-man on You Tube, I can't wait as that really seems to push this system.<div><br></div><div>Personally I think you will be pleasantly surprised with some of the games if you take the limitations of the system into account, s...

Recommend early video game review sites ?

I'm looking for some game reviews for the very early pre- Atari 2600 systems like the Channel F, RCA Studio II, APF, Commodore PET etc. really struggling to find any sites to be honest the closest I've found is Chronogamer's blog on Atari Age. Anyone know of anymore ?

Who has played Sega CD Snatcher.

I had it back in the day - superb game !
However my act 3 wouldn't load, so thinking I was clever I took it to the flea market and traded it for Final Fight. Thought I was smart at the time, looking at the prices now - who got mugged ? Lol

System per generation

After looking at my heaving, disorganised games shelfs, I have decided to declutter, sell some odd's and end's and basically have one system per generation. I am going to tell you why I've made my choice and ask your viewpoints on the one i'm undecided one, plus if you were to narrow your collection...

2009/5/15: Saturn: Batsugun, Guardian Heroes, Rayman

I think Die Hard Arcade is better than Guardian Heroes! I'm not joking either, for me Die Hard Arcade is the closest thing to a Streets of Rage game on the Saturn/PS1/N64 generation of consoles and is fun arcade style game.<div><br></div><div>Having owned Guardian Heroes and subsequently sold it, I ...

2012/2/7: Sega CD: Formula One World Championship: Beyond the Limit, Popful Mail, Trivial Pursuit Interactive Multimedia Game

Always wanted Beyond The Limit, expected it to be like a Sega super scaler racing game just like in the arcade, but at home ! However following 3 poor reviews from three of my favourite retro reviewers (including VGC of course) I don't think I will bother.
