Re: Best Buy ticket system?

Ya its too bad I thought the NES classic would be cool. I will not even bother with the SNES Classic. I just don't understand why Nintendo cannot produce enough of these things. Even on the high side I would guess that they sold about 3 million of these things? Crazy stupid.

Best Buy ticket system?

So my wife was kind of enough to run over to our local Best Buy yesterday in hopes of grabbing a NES classic. She was about 8th in line but when she got in the stock was given away to customers who already had "tickets". Does anybody have any idea how this works? I would think that tickets...

Re: Got a Nintendo Switch!

I have heard reports that the Switch warps if you leave it in the dock too long. I guess a device that gets heated doesn't enjoy being in a closed case for too long. Go figure! I am really interested in what you have to say Critic. I am interested in this but they need many more games. I am already ...

Re: R.I.P. NES Classic (Thanks, Nintendo!)

I really wanted one of these but was unwilling and unable to spend time going from store to store at all hours of the day. Nintendo is clueless.

Re: The Boxes

This is a great thread. Before I got a 2600 I can remember staring at the box art every chance I got whenever I was near a Sears or some other department store. I love the box art from the 70's and 80's and don't even get me started on the manuals!

Re: Horizon Zero Dawn

I have been playing horizon off and on for a few weeks, whenever time permits. I love this game. It is a mix between modern tomb raider games, Skyrim and Far Cry 3. I really like the story which is easy to follow. Also, your main enemy is dinosaur like machine monstrosities which are really well don...

Re: Resurgence of Split-screen?

I would agree. I am really enjoying playing Rocket League on the Xbox One with my 8 year old daughter. It's a good time.

Re: Photos of people playing home video games from way back

Love this thread and brings back a million great memories from the good old days. Wish I had some photos to share which would include playing the Atari 2600 and hundreds of hours playing the C64.

Re: Super Bowl LI

As a Falcons fan there are a lot of positives about yesterday but they're pretty much all completely offset by blowing a 25 point lead. It especially sucks that they blew their chance at a field goal. I thought Kyle Shanahan was overrated before the Superbowl and this pretty much cements it. I don'...
