Re: Stadia launch lineup announced and still do not care.

Do Google have any exclusives lined up / developers that will do projects for Stadia? I see Red Dead Redemption 2 on launch. Not sure how this will go, the port on the PC is unplayable. You complained about Bloodstained on the Switch, you aint seen nothing in your whole life as bad as this PC port. ...

Re: N64 Games That Stand The Test Of Time

In my mind, there is no universe or timeline that exists in which F-Zero X is a better game than F-Zero GX. Sure, X has aged just fine for a N64 game, but in my mind, GX has aged beautifully for a video game, period. Way, waaaaay too challenging for its own good, but back at the time of its release...

Re: 49% of U.S. Gamers Spent Money on Microtransactions in September 2019, In-Game Spending Down.

I never got into the concept I pay for a piece of code that gives me an item in the game. The thing that boggles my mind further is paying for virtual clothes in games like SF V or MK. I think to get Sub Zero (or was it Kitana?) original outfit you had to buy game on mobile phone, then do this, then...

Re: 100 Hour RPGs?

This definitely is a big part of my 100+ hours in the game. Oh yeah the DLC also added a bunch of time to my numbers. Definitely in no small part the hunting grounds as well. This DLC was one of the few examples where DLC actually really added to the game in a meaningful way. I've probably played a...

Re: N64 Games That Stand The Test Of Time

I will Second F-Zero X per JWK's recommendation. Stands tall today and is more fun than the game that came out on the Gamecube.

Re: 100 Hour RPGs?

100 hour RPG? Piece of cake. Beat these stats.... Steam hours alone: Fallout 4 - 327 hours Skyrim - 204 hours Witcher 3 - 101 hours GTA V - 87 hours [+ uncountable hours on PS4] Nier Automata - 68 hours [+ another 50 hours on PS4] Fallout New Vegas - 55 hours [+ another 40 hours or so on Xbox] PS4 R...

Re: Final Fantasy X (again)

I meant that I had lost points on improper formatting, APA vs. MLA and whatnot. My sources were valid and quoted properly, but I lost points on the bibliography for not having dates in parentheses, or not having certain words written in italics. Got it. Bibliography - I made that crap up. Me to adv...

Re: Shopping Notes

I am with you here. Got a Switch and looking to beef up the Library. My issue is Switch games are not cheap. I looked at Flashback and really wanted to buy this game but $30 is a bit too rich. Contra Rogue Corps, the game you are thinking of, has a like rate of about one in three. This one does not ...

Re: 2019/10/29: Nintendo Switch: Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night

I know how you feel and Bloodstained and has DLC planned FYI. I will probably play it  Is it because the internet is overreacting for nothing, or are port/framerate elitist a problem? The few lead the many. Many people complaining about the port have never played it. Case of small percentage o...

Re: Final Fantasy X (again)

I failed to properly document a few sources. Missed a few easy points. Still got an A+! Therefore, given this simple real-world example, it is quite possible for something that is less-than-perfect to still earn the A+. It all comes down to how points and measured and weighed. It is not uncommon to...
