Wild Guns (SNES)

I lucked out last year and found a copy at a used video game store. The label was faded to the point that the colors were almost gone (almost black and white), but otherwise it was in great shape. He had it for forty bucks, so I jumped on it. My brother is an snes superfan, so I gave it to him on th...

I'm going to be a father.....

Being a new father myself (as of 11 days ago), I had similar thoughts, and I realized what others have been saying: keep what you love. I am planning on selling off consoles that are either bad ( such as my Philips cdi) or I'm not passionate about (turbografx). Nintendo and Atari will always be ther...

New Icons: Pig and Profanity

Agreed on Best played with alternative controller. A number of reviews mention bumping a grade letter based on this, and so I think this would be a useful one.

Classic arcades making a comeback?

Chicago has a bar called Emporium packed with arcade games and pinball machines, and it is actually in the middle of doubling its size.  Not too far from the city is an arcade called Galloping Ghost with somewhere between 200-300 arcade machines and you just pay a flat fee for the day.  In...

Suggest a game thread

In addition to the final 3 32x games, I would love to see the final original 7800 games completed as well. As if he doesn't have enough on his plate

I'm sure most of you have seen the Hyperkin Supaboy, which is not only a portable that plays snes cartridges, but can also act as a console w ports for snes controllers. I have one and love being able to play Super Mario Kart on the go. As far as my own wish list, not the greatest game, but Spider-m...

Had some Xbox Live points to spend...

I know you have already reviewed Trials HD, but its sequel Trials Evolution is even better, with a lot of variety in tracks and skill games (and more to download each week!).

Missing Atari 2600 Reviews?

This got me going back through my collection, and two games I enjoy were also missing, although they are a bit rare. One is Mogul Maniac, a first person skiing game that had its own accessory called the joyboard, a kind of predecessor to the Wii Fit board. Also missing is Wall Ball, a sort of breako...
