Re: Videogame Content creators that are insightful and interesting!

I forgot to mention Modern Vintage Gamer. He covers all sorts of things including modding of many systems and interesting insights detailing how convertions were done on limited hardware!

Re: Star Wars Trilogy Arcade

I remember playing this circa 1997 at SegaWorld London and being blown away. It was such a shame that it was £1 or £2 a go as I wanted to play it more but the price was too high. I think those of us from the UK often got overcharged on Arcade games. I look forward to finding a reasonably priced cabi...

SpeedRunners (Xbox One, PS4 & PC) (PC version tested)

SpeedRunners Cover.jpg Inspired by the speed running community, “SpeedRunners” is best described as a competitive, platforming racing game. With a variety of hilariously wacky characters to choose from you compete against up to four friends locally or online. Unlike other racers there is no finish ...

Videogame Content creators that are insightful and interesting!

Firstly I'd like to say how thankful I am for finding a Video game community that I can engage with. I don't want to make this post at all political but I just wanted to say that the reason I searched and found this site was due to my disallusionment with mainstream sites. They were mostly concerned...

Re: Favorite Digital Foundry/DF Retro video from John Linneman on YouTube and why?

Not all videos appeal to my taste but overall I really like the channel. Not only do they cover the technical aspects of modern games but they discuss techniques used in games throughout the generations. I believe they have a Digital Foundry Retro selection of videos. Anyways, probably my favourite ...

Re: Lupin III: The Shooting (Arcade Japan)

Hey Zack, Love the enthusiasm but you may want to slow your roll a bit to help people engage more. I think the high frequency of posts on this board may discourage people from chiming in, as any replies tend will be prematurely buried under the copious new posts. Heck even I find it hard to keep up...

Re: My Latest Project

Also....... is there a game room thread? Weirdly I get a kick out of seeing other people's game rooms. Just typing this I have remembered that I have a Sega Saturn, Dreamcast, OG Xbox, PlayStation 1 and Nintendo 64 stored away in the spare room of our flat ( that my girlfriend and I call the room of...

Re: My Latest Project

Do you play games here or is it literally just a game storage room? My girlfriend and I are moving into a house together. There's two spare rooms and one of them will have my computer (lots of emu-cough-lation) and probably the switch. I think I'll have to do some artwork to make it feel more gamey!...
