Re: New thumbs up/down feature?

I think this might be a bit hard to differentiate between the reader grades since a thumbs up or thumbs down might be seen as more or less the same thing. Would the thumbs up or thumbs down be for people agreeing with your review, liking it, disliking it, or something else? If it's for feedback on t...

Re: Tomb Raider Movie

Went through all the Tomb Raider movies a few weeks ago. The two with Angelina Jolie are fun, dumb movies. Few things are as funny as watching Angelina Jolie dueling it out against a mechanical robot with her pistols. Those movies are a lot of fun. As for the newest Tomb Raider, I actually quite enj...

Re: Xbox without a disk drive?

Honestly, this isn't surprising. When they're original E3 announcement blew up in their face (when the Xbox one was originally announced) I think Microsoft just put this on the back burner. Since both versions are available I think people will be more likely to accept this. Still, I think this just ...

Re: Red Dead Redemption II install process from hell

I don't have the PS4 version but have friends who own it. The PS4 copy comes with a data disc and a play disc. You must use the data disc first and then use the play disc to play the game. Seems to be that regardless of which version you pick you're going to be installing the game for a while.

Re: N64 still fun for company

I would actually agree with you (GT5 and ptdebate). I originally was under the impression that the newest generation was limited on couch co-op but when I started playing games with my partner, we've been coming back to the PS4 over and over again. I think what really saves the day are all the indie...

Re: 2018/11/10: Nintendo Switch: Night Trap: 25th Anniversary Edition

I don't think thee is any difference between the Night Trap you just reviewed and the PS Vita one (from a game play perspective). There probably are some differences graphics wise but that is about it. All the Night Trap versions being put up for sale on Limited Runs are the 25th Anniversary Edition...

Re: Gradius III (SNES)

Played this game off and on over several months and beat the game without using any cheats. That is fairly rare for me because I'm pretty terrible at shmups and the Gradius series as a whole. Still, I really liked this game. Probably my favorite feature is being able to pick your line up of weapons ...

Alright, so I think everyone has had there chance to share their thoughts on this thread. I'm going to close it. Also, I have edited a few posts. No need to call people out, call them an idiot, or be disrespectful.

Re: Book Review: The SNES Omnibus: A-M

Mine came in on Amazon. While this is definitely not a page turner, I really like having something like this to introduce me to games that I hadn't even heard of before. the only downside to the book is the screenshots are pretty fuzzy on certain pages. Looks like the author perhaps scanned them fro...

Re: Star wars the last jedi spoilers ahead.

Okay, so this thread makes me a bit sad. I get discussing a movie but I think most of this thread is bordering on needing to be closed. If you guys disagree with each other, cool, but don't tear each other apart over Star Wars. Only warning, please keep it civil or I'll lock the thread.
