Re: 2015/4/24: Jaguar: NBA Jam Tournament Edition

I'm no expert on this franchise, but I believe it was just a secret mode in its various arcade forms and other home ports.

It may look better in motion, but seeing it in still screenshots has always discouraged me from seeking out what otherwise may be one of the highlights of the library.

Re: Atari Anthology (PS2)

Too bad about those two, but can't say as I'm surprised that you couldn't work around the compromised controls. It's a shame though that two games that fall into the top 20% or so where the 2600 games in this collection are concerned, are rendered essentially unplayable. And they're not the only one...

Re: 2015/4/21: Xbox One: Forza Horizon 2

How intrusive are the ads? About the same length and frequency as YouTube? If it's not too bad, I'll have to give it a try if I can still listen to music for free in select games. Hopefully they have a good selection of oldies from the 60's. I really hope that MS and Sony both rethink this soon. And...

Re: New Forums Open for Business!

Now that the server issues seem to have been ironed out for the most part, any luck in figuring out a solution that allows established members to bypass the post approval process?

Re: The Criticize Nintendo Thread

Now that they've gotten better at not using gimmicks, usually only utilizing something like motion control where it's for the best experience instead of just for the sake of supporting it, probably my biggest controller complaint is with the GameCube adapter. I don't see why they don't allow 3rd par...

Re: The Criticize Nintendo Thread

I imagine he's curled up in a ball in his bed saying, "It can't be. It can't be!" Either that or he's working feverishly trying to find a way to justify it. Nintendo going mobile and planning a subscription-based system is a lot to swallow. I know it irks me so I can only imagine how deve...

Re: So I finally got an Xbox One

With how you seemingly look towards Redmond each day at noon and chant a prayer, I figured you already had one of these. ;) I've softened my stance towards it, thanks to moves they've made since launch in response to criticism. May even get it before a PS4, even though I still intend to primarily bu...

To pick it outside of versus mode (And possibly time trials?), you must have all gold trophies in 150cc.

Re: General Conversation forum?

Tron, you should check out 'The Outer Limits' and 'One Step Beyond', contemporaries of the original Twilight Zone. Both are very well done and even spawned new series many years later, just as The Twilight Zone did (The Next Step Beyond which ran a season in 1978; and seven seasons utilizing the cla...
