Re: What happened to couch gaming?

We're working on making it bi-annual, but we've got to get the buy-in from our wives first! Haha always an issue. What sucks is that none of my gaming friends live close anymore. I remember how much fun it was gaming with them, but unfortunately it's hard to hang out these days. None of my friends ...

Re: Looking for a middle person based in the U.S

Ok, I get it. Yourselves think it is a silly idea to look for a u.s middle person. Thanks for setting me straight. I admit that I will miss the Shanghai manual though, as it's all I need to complete my copy (the seller won't ship outside the U.S). You know something? What goes around comes around. ...

Well I figured it was either him or the Nigerian prince.

Re: Looking for a middle person based in the U.S

I have a buddy who can do this. His name is Danny "Bonesaw" O'Sullivan. He should make parole next month, but I can tell you where to send the checks to in the meantime. Let me know!

Re: Games to play after work

Depends on whether or not I've started drinking. If I haven't, sports games. If I have, old school Nintendo titles on all the old systems.

Re: Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening (Game Boy)

With all the hoopla about the remake coming out on September 20th, I decided to play this again. I do have the color version on my 3DS Virtual Console, but I wanted to play the original version. So after I had a double quarter pounder meal from McDonald's, I grabbed my GBA and found the original Lin...

Re: Should I buy an original Game Boy?

Another thing I just thought of is that on September 20th, the Link's Awakening remake comes out. It might be nice to be able to play the original on the original dot-matrix screen to compare to the remake. Might just grab an original Game Boy myself!

Re: Dead or Alive 6 (PS4)

Might have to check this one out. I lost a lot of friends using the old man in DOA2 on the Dreamcast. They still hold a grudge to this day!

Re: Super Mega Baseball 2

I might just check this out! I've been playing The Show since 2012, so as much as I love it, I could use a change of pace.

Re: Should I buy an original Game Boy?

It might be akin to my obsession with CRTs. Whether I was drinking apple juice with my friends in first grade playing Super Mario Bros, or hitting the bong in high school to Mario Kart 64, I like to get the same exact experience. And those experiences were definitely on a CRT.
