I feel the same way. Just lugged a 27-inch CRT and a recliner up the stairs. How bad do you think I want to be swinging my arms right now?

Re: Touch screens going away?

Both the DS Zeldas and Metroid Prime: Hunters could have been far better had they not used the touchpad for control. Even on the Wii U, I never liked using it much.

Mario Kart DS (Nintendo DS)

Quite the forgotten gem this one seems to be! But it's been so nice out in Chicago that I really wanted to play a handheld in my backyard. Admittedly it's been a while since I've played this. The racing is fun, and I love the battle mode. About ten years ago I would play this all the time, and now I...

Re: Will you miss Game Stop

The lack of a need for Gamestop came rather suddenly for me. Just a couple years ago I was going all the time, now I don't think I've bought from them ever since the Switch came out. And really, I don't hate Gamestop, I just rarely have the need to go in there anymore.

Re: What happened to couch gaming?

We're working on making it bi-annual, but we've got to get the buy-in from our wives first! Haha always an issue. What sucks is that none of my gaming friends live close anymore. I remember how much fun it was gaming with them, but unfortunately it's hard to hang out these days. None of my friends ...

Re: Looking for a middle person based in the U.S

Ok, I get it. Yourselves think it is a silly idea to look for a u.s middle person. Thanks for setting me straight. I admit that I will miss the Shanghai manual though, as it's all I need to complete my copy (the seller won't ship outside the U.S). You know something? What goes around comes around. ...

Well I figured it was either him or the Nigerian prince.

I have a buddy who can do this. His name is Danny "Bonesaw" O'Sullivan. He should make parole next month, but I can tell you where to send the checks to in the meantime. Let me know!

Re: Games to play after work

Depends on whether or not I've started drinking. If I haven't, sports games. If I have, old school Nintendo titles on all the old systems.

Re: Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening (Game Boy)

With all the hoopla about the remake coming out on September 20th, I decided to play this again. I do have the color version on my 3DS Virtual Console, but I wanted to play the original version. So after I had a double quarter pounder meal from McDonald's, I grabbed my GBA and found the original Lin...
