Re: Disco Elysium

Currently on sale on Steam for $29.99, in case anyone was waiting on a getting it a little cheaper. It does look interesting, I may put it on my wishlist and pick it up during a future (cheaper) sale.

Re: DDR Universe Xbox 360 - help!

I haven't played that particular game, but I have a hunch. Is she signed into a specific profile, or guest? I would imagine if it's saving her progress to one specific profile, it would know not to reshow the tutorial. Make sure she's using the same profile each time. Thanks, I think that was at le...

DDR Universe Xbox 360 - help!

Does anyone else here own or have experience with Dance Dance Revolution Universe for the Xbox 360? I bought it for my wife who wanted to have some fun dancing to songs (obviously), but every time we turn it on it seems to want to force her to sit through an example 'how to play' screen, followed by...

Re: 2020/5/20: Atari 2600: Math Gran Prix, Panda Chase, Desert Falcon

I certainly can't say I enjoyed educational games in general, but if you consider Agent U.S.A to be an 'educational' title, there's at least one that I had fun with. It taught me geography, time zones, and how viruses spread (I had no idea I was prepping for 2020 at the time).

Re: NFL Football

I just read an article talking about the possibility of Antonio Brown playing for the Ravens this coming season. As a life-long Steeler fan, I can only HOPE and PRAY that this comes to pass! Think about it; the Ravens were 14-2 this past season. By all accounts they had an EXCELLENT draft. They are ...

Re: 2020/4/30: Commodore 64: Aliens, Eliminator

These reviews have a surprising number of typos. I'm too tired right now to go through them all, but the most conspicuous for me is "Masters of the Lamp" in the Aliens review (the game is actually Master of the Lamps , which deserves a review itself). Dave will have me appropriately flogg...

Re: 2020/4/30: Commodore 64: Aliens, Eliminator

A great review of Aliens.....and really on target about this game. I laughed at the "intergalactic riverdance" comment. I do think mention should be made about the dramatic opening sequence and that pulsating music that really creates suspense (like the movie itself). I know that lots of ...

Happy Alien Day (4/26) - STEAM sale

For all those interested, being that it's Alien Day Steam has discounted the game "Alien: Isolation" down to $2, from it's original $39.99. For two bucks, I don't think you can go wrong!
