Re: Night Trap 2017 (PS4)

I showed this to my buddy Brent who is about 15 years younger than me. I didn't think he would really "get it" but he did! He really enjoyed it! He said it was really original and the 2nd best PS4 game he's played (other than Rocket League). Then I showed him the documentary with the Sena...

Those other channels became that way in order to be competitive. The same would probably eventually happen to this channel. Network decay sucks.

This might be reason to get a Switch. I haven't bought a new Nintendo console since the N64.

Re: Cartridges making a comeback?

I remember a few years ago when people were speculating about the future of gaming on these forums, I had the gall to suggest cartridges would one day make a comeback. Maybe I'm not so crazy after all! https://arstechnica.com/gaming/2017/09/are-video-game-cartridges-the-new-vinyl-records/ Sure. The...

That was a pretty lame attempt at satire.

Same here. I was wondering whether games involving fighting between dogs exist.

Re: Update: Cartridge or NES

Hello forum world, A while ago an NES came in with 2 games, and I couldn't get anything to work. You guys gave me some suggestions, and it's taken me awhile... but I have an update, and it unfortunately isn't a good one. I now have 3 cartridges, Urban Champion, Dusty's Softball, and Mickey Mousecap...

Re: Retron 5 Review

I know there was controversy over the Retron 5 incorporating other peoples' emulators without permission. I've also heard of issues with it having a "death grip" on carts. That's interesting that the stock controllers are so poor. I recently ordered Hyperkin's Cadet Premium NES pad because...

Re: Why do people like RPGs?

I've never been able to get into non-linear Western style RPGs. Give me a tight story. I don't want endless options with no idea where to go or what to do.
