3D Streets of Rage 2 (3DS eshop)

A lot of those classic Sega 3D games are on sale for $2.99 each on the 3DS eshop so I decided to buy a few. I started with Streets of Rage 2 because I liked the idea of the so-called "casual mode" where you dispose of enemies simply by knocking them to the ground. It might sound like it wo...

Re: Will you miss Game Stop

Well at Target you gotta get somebody to open the case, and that guy is either helping somebody else or nowhere to be found. Is it any wonder people don't like buying physical media? They make it such a hassle! Ain't that the truth. Everyone is so afraid of theft, the honest person ends up getting ...

I saw your post on Twitter about playing Bloodstained Curse of the Moon. Are you also playing Ritual of the Night?

Re: 2019/8/20: Nintendo Switch: Legendary Fishing, Windjammers

FYI, Windjammers 2 is supposed to be coming out some time this year: http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2019/03/watch_the_first_gameplay_footage_of_disc-slinger_windjammers_2 It looks a lot like a souped-up version of the original, which is probably a good thing. Unfortunately, I don't believe there's...

Re: PS1 Suggestions

If you want a Zelda-like action-adventure, you might want to check out Alundra. To be honest I've never played it, but it is supposedly one of the best Zelda clones out there. I think it might be a little pricey now, but if you have a PS3, you can get the digital version for like 5 or 6 bucks in the...

Re: Crash Team Racing Nitro Fueled (Switch)

I totally understand not liking the microtransactions and online requirements because there's absolutely no reason they should exist in a game like this, but I'm confused about the intense dislike for the actual game here because I very much enjoyed the singleplayer mode and found it to be a refres...

Re: Physical Release Thread

Just wanted to point out that the physical version of Horizon Chase Turbo for Switch and PS4 is now available at Amazon, Best Buy, etc.

I've been playing it a lot the last couple of days and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good no-nonsense arcade racer.
