Road Rash PSX
Critic as I have read over the years you've always been a big fan of Road Rash starting from the Genesis console to others of that time. But there were at least three different Road Rash games on the PSX. Not one has been reviewed. I'd be anxious to see how those compare to the one's on the 3DO and alike. Plus you would probably have a lot of fun doing it (I mean we're talking Road Rash here). Those would be fun reviews to read.

Yeah I have a re-review of the 3DO version teed up, and plan on tackling the PS1 edition next.

I am also a long time fan of all versions of "Road Rash" (with the exception of the handheld ports) and I've played them pretty much continuously for decades now. The three PSX "Road Rash" games are all solid...I like "Road Rash 3D" the best. If you are interested in the history of the series and a technical look at all ports for all consoles (including PC), check out this Digital Foundry documentary. It's very good.

Honorable mention must go to the completely bonkers N64 port.

Thanks for posting this Doc. I didn't realize there was a third Road Rash game I was missing - the first Road Rash.

Agreed Road Rash 3d is the best. Been playing it for decades and if I get tired of a long game it's always there. But it's tough and I've never finished itDocHix wrote:I am also a long time fan of all versions of "Road Rash" (with the exception of the handheld ports) and I've played them pretty much continuously for decades now.
