Which 80's Arcade Claaics available on Consoles?

Postby matmico399 » September 19th, 2016, 8:13 pm

Yes I have all the most popular ones like Pac Man, Defender, Missille Command, Centipede, etc. but I am looking for hidden classics like Popeye on the NES or Q-Bert on the PS1. 80's to early 90's. I have most of the compilations, but looking for ones that aren't in compilations. IE- were Star Castle or Kangaroo made for home consoles? I know Kangaroo is on all the Atari systems but the 2600 version stinks. And what classics am I forgetting. Thanks!

How about Space Dungeon on the Western version of Taito Legends for the Playstation Portable?

Taito's Space Dungeon is a hidden gem that's largely only known to Atari 5200 fans, so it's great that the arcade version is out there to enjoy in a commercial release.

How about:

Mr. Do! (SNES, Gameboy, Colecovision, Atari 2600)

Elevator Action (NES, PS2 Taito Legends)

Track & Field (NES, Xbox 360 Konami Classics vol. 1)

Frogger (Sega Genesis, Colecovision, & many others)

Juno First (Atari 2600 homebrew), it is basically a reproduction of a Konami 80's arcade game. It is for sale at Atariage.com. There are YouTube videos to check it out
