I remember this one! I thought it was so cool getting games through cable, it was like a precursor to cloud gaming. It was so cool. Apparently, Playcable was discontinued because hooking up the module to a home PC actually allowed people to write games and run them on the Intellivision, so Mattel actually recruited the guys that figured it out to create the Intellivision version of Bump N' Jump, in order to prevent competition.

I bet that this is where LJN got the idea for their "Rollin" Rocker" peripheral that they made for the NES.
