Guess they are mostly licensed music, but Jet Grind Radio/Jet Set Radio Future have some cool tracks.

I always had a soft spot in my heart for the Super Adventure Island soundtrack, a game I played quite regularly with my kids when they were little in the mid-to-late 90's. The tracks seemed to be lifted straight out of various pop songs at the time (stuff from Ace of Base, 2 Unlimited, stuff like that). You can listen to them all here:
