As far as I can tell, it's the same original Atari 2600 game, except in some light-up cartridge? As usual Limited Run doesn't give you much to go on. All I know is, I would not spend $99 for this.

Dude! It's $99 for a sweet iron on patch. The game comes with it as a bonus. Plus, it lights up. Pretty sweet if you ask me.

Hey, didn't you drop $250 for a used N64 game a few weeks ago? $99 is nothing for a high roller like yourself.
