You know one thing that turns me off about the Playstation 5, besides its massive size?

It comes with a freaking CAMERA. Now I don't know about you guys, but I have no interest in broadcasting myself playing games. When it comes to cameras on my computers I put electrical tape over them like any responsible computer user should.
Especially with all the blowback Microsoft got for the spy-on-you Kinnect, this is a surprising move from Sony. Why is it needed? I really hope they don't make it an integral part of the system or I might not be buying this console.

Yeah, even on the PS4, I'll admit I'm a bit weirded out by the camera that comes with the VR set. Naturally, you set it up to point at your couch, because it tracks your movements when playing VR. But what about when you're not playing VR? I'm pretty sure it's not on, but I'm not leaving it to chance.. I take the camera and point it at the wall. (I would unplug it, but it's too much hassle to plug in and out.)

I agree. I’m wondering if the next gen will require internet to work.
