This game is called "Renzo Racer" in the US, and Animal Kart Racer is the European name. (I'm not sure which name is worse!) Do I know this because I'm a kart racing fanatic just full of fun trivia??? Nooo, sadly I am not that cool. It was just a total coincidence that I saw Renzo Racer while scrolling through the PS Store today.
Anyway, I think it's been around for a few years and this PS5 release is just a cash-grab hoping the cutesy box will trick some grandma into buying it as a birthday gift. Not surprisingly, the few sites that reviewed it were not too fond of it. Nintendo Life gave it a 2 of 10. The artwork and screenshots remind me of the Nuon game called "Merlin Racing" from 2000. See what I mean:
