A reader recommended this game for Halloween, and I've never played anything quite like it.
You're a priest on a series of missions to perform exorcisms. The low-res, circa-1983 graphics might suggest the game isn't very scary. Don't fall into the trap. Even at low resolution, the images are unsettling, and when a full-screen animation kicks in, it tends to catch you off-guard.
This game feel like a modern horror game shoehorned into a 1983 game engine and it is effective. Full review to come soon.

Weirdly, the scariest part for me were the voices. "A. GUN. WITH. ONE. BULL. ET."
Also, the rotoscoped cutscenes are straight out of the uncanny valley.
