Samurai Shodown Anthology (PS2)

I reviewed this for the Wii many moons ago but this edition allows me to play with a proper joystick. It's funny working through the first five games, and frankly I may have to go back and adjust those Neo Geo reviews a bit. The emulation here is a little soft with the graphics but the controls feel fine.
The real revelation is Samurai Shodown VI which is really a return to form for the series. The game looks like a million bucks and the gameplay is very sophisticated, no longer limited to the four buttons of the Neo Geo. Stay tuned for the review.
