Battle (Arcadia 2001)

I've been writing a review for this game, but when I tried to look up its publisher and year I can't find anything about it!

All I could find was this YouTube video

It's a tank game a bit like Combat, except your little solider can run around a fleet of tanks, controlling one at a time.

Was this an actual release or some unpublished prototype? Any info would be appreciated.

It seems familure, but thats probably just because Arcadia games have a certain look.

I can't find it listed on the cart lists I usually use, tho they're old, & probably out-of-date, & I don't know if the game had another name in another language:

This is helpful guys - thank you! For the year I think I can hazard a guess at 1982 or 1983. I'm not sure if my program accepts question marks for that field!
